Custom Door Panels

Post by ClarkTheShark »

I made a post a couple months back showing off my new mechanics gear that mom made on her nifty embroidery machine. I ended up putting those new skills to work for me and my blue car.

International wants $489 for factory reproductions. I couldn't swallow that. Next time i do it, Ill figure out a better way to trace the pattern for the middle part. But not bad for the first go round. Total cost:

$18 for 4x8' sheet of eucaboard from HomeDepot
$10 for spray glue
$20 for paint for the arm rests
$20 For 2 yards of Vinyl.
$10 for new chrome armrest strips (available at Autozone or some of the vendors sell it.)
Embroidery work was free - :P
