Long awaited video of the engine running in my v6spider.
Click on the link above to see the video

I still have some fine tuning to do... but you'll get the idea. The fan come in way loud in the video in
person its not that loud. Hearing the engine run is inspiring me. 8)

Cheers!

Thanks guys I appreciate that very much indeed. In the video the engine is running lean at part throttle. I need to install different metering rods to adjust that condition. Basically one size smaller on the cruise step. It also sounds like something is rattling in the muffler on the passenger side I'm going pull it off and see. ..Could be an exhaust leak too.

Cheers!

Have to chase down similar exhaust noise with the Diesel conversion done on mine two owners ago which looks like Rube Goldberg himself set it up. I need to get a good detailed look at a factory setup to really plan out what I want to change on mine. Really rattles badly on a cold morning until the percolator gets warmed up.

One step at a time and you'll eventually get there.

Boy I have to tell you your spider is an odd conversion to me... however, there is a spider with an electric conversion. I think that is even more odd to me.. hope you get that exhaust noise figured out. Mine has to do with the muffler itself. The case is rattling against the internals. I'm going to put a couple rivets in it That should stop the rattle until I get the new exhaust system built. for now this one is getting me by.. My spider is running pretty good now that I have enriched the mix a bit. 8)

Cheers!
