Hi guys,
I'm completing the restoration of my 81 FI and hope to drive next summer! I'm currently in the phase of "what the hell is this part?" It looks important and I have no idea where it goes. Does anyone have a clue? It's quite heavy and thick metal.

It’s a bracket that goes between the bumper shock and the bumper on both the front and rear bumpers if you have the heavy metal ones. I hope that helps!
