Does the resistor go in line on each side or do wires from both sides go into one resistor then out? How bright are the side lights when on? Would it put out light like my driving lamps?

I actually like that. And I have the perfect fog lights for it in my garage. Right now I have a factory NOS spoiler on my car. I wonder if the mounting holes are the same?
