can I install 3 point Seat belt in a 76 spider

I have a 1976 spider 124 I would like to install a three point Seat belt (lap and shoulder). is this possible? If so where would the higher shoulder mount go?

You can fit 3 point seat belts no problem. The later models of spiders have seat belt guides which mount to the side from the head rests to guide the belt over the shoulder. To fit retractable belts you will need to make brackets and weld them in to mount the seat belt unit behind the seats. The rear seat will need to have the plastic slots fitted to your rear seat so the seat belt can slide through. You can get these on ebay as well as the guides.
