Red #152 was available in '74 and I think went into '75 too.

Color options for orange '77 Fiat 124 Spider?
I am thinking about getting my car painted. Does anyone know how to find the color number for my make/model?
Is there a color number on the car somewhere (or supposed to be)? I cannot find it, if there is.
Thanks in advance. Jeanne

The stock orange for your year is #193. There's a metallic plate fixed to your firewall near the hood latch, the number on the bottom of the plate is the paint code. It's a lonshot but the underside of your trunklid also has a paint sticker but few of them remain today. I think RRoller123 is the only member on this board who still has one in existence. We are waiting for him to create reproduction stickers and sell them to us

Re: Color Options in 1975 ?
Hi,
I recently purchased a 1975 124 1800. The color code sticker on the trunk lid is long gone but there is an extra sticker under the hood with the color code on it. It appears to have been moved from somewhere else. I'm wondering if it is the illusive trunk lid sticker. If I could figure out how to attach a photo of it I would post it here. It appears to be a sticker possibly from or to identify the original paint manufacturer DUCO, and it has the color (Azzurro) and the paint code (Fi 462). The text on the sticker is in multiple languages and uses British spelling for color (Colour).

Re: color options in 1975 ?
Azzurro means light blue in Italian (think azure skies). The following website may be of some help, because you can look up your car ('75 Fiat) and color number (462) and it will tell you more about it. Use the links in the very top in the long list of car manufacturers, and I've heard this website doesn't always work on a smartphone so use a laptop or desktop.
