i have never been one to buy anything i see on TV. A few years ago my father-in-law bought a "Tornado" it goes in you air intake and suppose to make your air flow faster in a tornado way. If i explanned that right. Well he bought a new truck this last year and it got thrown my way. On to a self. I looked at it for the exploder to small looked at it for the spider to big 3 1/2 in. Didnt think to much more about it till today but let me back up to when i 1st got home from freakout. The rubber black air intake tube that is now brittle hard and very brakable. Well i broke the small "T" part off. Tried to super glue and rap with electrical tape but still had some air leak. That actually made the car run better. So i order a new one. Put it on as well as fix a small leak in the vacume line coming from the dissy. Well now the car started running like crap again. So with not alot of time to do anything today. But not wanting to stay in the house all day. I decided to cut the tornado thingy down to make it fit and see if there is anything to it. Took all of about 1/2 hour to fab the part. And put it on the car.went and picked the wife up. And sure as heck the car was running pretty dam good again and even seemed to have more pep. So im going to take it back out and get my car running like it is supose to without it than put it back in and see if there is any change. I will keep you posted. It does nothing sitting still where i can really feel it is when i go faster. Before my car felt like there was a cap on its power now seems to go have alot more power as i put more air threw it. P.s. The wife even notice the differnce . And she hates cars. Now i have no idea if they sell them small enough for our cars. But just thought i would try it out knowing i needed more air.

I guess they sell one for our spiders part # KI-65 I may have to buy one that isnt all hacked up.lol

Last year i installed a electric fan in the intake that was suppose to deliver 6 lbs of thrust just between the air filter and the AFM. It come with a cone filter and a vortex thing inside. It was installed on the car for 3 miles... Man this is piece of shit Save your money and bring your wife to restaurant, you'll have a better return on your investement

Those tornado things have been around for more than 50 years, if you put one on your car and it run better there is something else wrong and it just covered up the symptom.
