Restoring my '84, I really like the bumperless look on the Pic at the top of the forum page. Does anyone have a few good pics of the rear end.

i love the bumperless look.... i tucked mine in for at first then just took them off after a few months... good way to loose about 150 pounds too

Yeup. They are actually held in with springs and a safety string.

Yeup

Can't remember where I sourced them, perhaps "bruce's Parts Bin" about 5 years ago. not cheap but bit the bullet anyway.
