paint scratch/peel

greetings from a proud owner of a 1977 red spider!
car runs great but i had a mishap. my muddy driveway forced me to slid and i scratched the driver's side
above the front wheel while passing thru the garage frame. it slightly paled at the impact yet more curiously, two slight peel-off lines showed up bracketing the area. no funds for serious restoration, can i somewhat sustain the peels (about 2") with some sort of adhesive and is there a repair paint kit for a brilliant 1977 red? many thanks!, dim

here it is...where i brushed off the garage (wood) frame is the whitish and on both - upper and lower (bigger) there are
the paint fracture/peel off. i felt the area and i see no indentation of the surface. i think it is the pressure on and the
thick paint that caused the paint "skin" fracture..
