Engine bay weatherstripping / gaskets

Post by GLIDER »

I'm wanting to replace the missing weatherstripping in the engine bay of my 82 spider. I've seen pictures that vary , does anyone have pictures of the proper location of these pieces . Just trying to get it right

Thanks

Here is a photo of a supposedly non-restored, original 1983 car for sale on Denver Craig's List, showing the factory placement of the engine bay weather-stripping/gaskets.
Hope this helps.

Just picking up on an old thread; does anyone have a sketch or photo of the ends of each rubber strip to show what the section profile is?
