almost at a 1000 fans to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the first 124 CSA produced.

1000 is a magic number because that was the requirement for the registration in group3 at the time and that's the number of Abarth's produced.

I found the pic of this Californian Fiat 124 CSA on line. Does anyone have details on it ? What engine does it have ? Is it really a gR4 car ? Any history ?
