I am down to the metal of the spider and have cut some metal away from the sills on both sides. I can now see in to the main frame rails. The inside of them are accessible because of the 3" circular holes in the frame every foot. It looks pretty good in there and would like to spray some rust converter and some undercoating to finish that area off. MY question is what are great products to use and I dont want any home remedies like "I heard a guy in Calcutta using ducks blood to seal the metal".
I need tried and true shop methods cause once I seal the sill up, thats it. I dont want to deal with this for another 35 years.
One thing for sure is that I have to keep the weep holes open on the bottom.
How about some flexible wand that can spray in a 365° pattern? Does anyone know of one?
Thanks all

Hey! How did you put the "degree" symbol in there?
As for your rust inhibitor question. I don't know if it's original or not, but on my car, in between the layers of sheet metal on the hood and trunk is a black tar-like substance. As with duck's blood, don't use this either! It hasn't gotten as hot as it's going to out here in the desert, and this stuff has already melted and oozed out of drain holes onto the body. What a mess!

For Degree symbol: Hold down the Alt key and then hit 248. Let go of Alt key. Voila °.
For ± symbol: Alt + 241

good 'ol ASCII, never goes away (like good Italian cars)
Hey Pope, I betcha they still have Ziebart stores in your area. How much trouble would it be to get your car to one of their facilities? They could also treat the inaccessable areas of the hood and truck with their flex wands. At one time, they sold aerosol cans of their product, too.

Bernie,
Its on a rotisserie right now, so pushing it is a little more than I can handle especially uphill! But I can go round and round all day long.
Ron, good thing I didnt tell your about the ° symbol, Im on a Mac and much easier to do characters and would have confused you because you could not have reproduced it on you machine.
