I've used Ac-Delco, regular Bosch and NGK with no ill effects. I tried the Lodge Golden and they lasted 25 miles, but my carb was a little rich at the time and they fouled. I tried cleaning them but it didn't help so I put the old Ac-Delcos back in and it ran fine. They may be good for fuel infected Spiders but in my opinion they were a waste of money.
I prefer the regular Bosch or NGK also. I feel the platinum foul easy and don't clean well. The benefit to platinum is long life without electrode wear, but who drives their Spider that many miles?
