Can I bolt this to my stock '77 124?

Do I have to worry about the manifold bolts and/or tuning it
properly?

should go on your manifold. As for tuning, who knows how it's jetted? Is it a used one?

A DMTR carb has a different bolt pattern than a stock Fiat Spider carb. A DMTR or DATRA will fit a Lancia Beta, Fiat 128, X1/9 or Strada not a Fiat 124 or 131.

The following carbs will fit your bolt pattern:
ADHA
ADF
DCD
ADL
DGV
DGAS

header(Gordian Knot?),and 32/36
carb for me since the 34's are so hard to find.
