It's from 2013 but I hadn't seen it before. Or maybe I did and forgot (thanks middle age!!). Anyway, it's fun to watch so I though I would share.
A race-prepped Fiat 124 Spider is mixing it up at a track about two hours from where I live that hosts vintage racing a few times a year. (My daughters and I were skiing at the top of the mountain you can see in the background just over a month ago!)
Maybe we can get some local guys to check out a vintage racing event. There's also a big event mid-summer with vintage F1 cars, '60s Ferraris (even a GTO!) and lots of good stuff. Big-time money invested.
In the vid above the dicing with the yellow car is great. I'm not sure what the car is. It's a yellow fast-back with a green stripe, but it doesn't look like a Lotus (Elan or Europa), nor an MG or a Healey. Maybe it's a Triumph Spitfire GT6 that's been seriously modified at the back. It's definitely got a bit more grunt. I dunno. The Fiat does very well under braking, but doesn't have quite enough ooomph, especially with terminal speed at the end of the straight. There's a BMW 2002 in the beginning and mid-way through making a come-back plus an Abarth with the rear deck lid open, and, of course, American muscle roars through a couple of times.

The Youtube handle is "jacexpo069". Is that anyone we know?
Cheers,

EDIT:
I came across this at the VARAC web site:

You can see a lot of the cars I mentioned including the blue and white Spider.
