This is not a totally uncommon event with kite surfers. It was actually a news crew there on the beach searching for pictures of beach erosion when they caught that guy on film. So as you can imagine they are showing it over and over again explaining to you what you are looking at. Good thing they explained it or I would have mistaken it for Santa and his sleigh
