Fiat Freakout car show

Anually this "car show" is held in different locations across the USA. This year it is near Detroit July 21,22,23. I plan to attend my first freakout this summer, possibly driving my 79 spider from indy. I understand it is quite a colorful event! maybe see some "left coast" folks there? anyone else goin??? Dave

Actually it is July 14, 15 and 16 this year.

And I will be there.

You gotta drive your spider to FFO. It's only a hop skip and a jump away.

I drove my '76 spider last year from Fruitport, MI to Lake of the Ozarks.

To go to this, do you have to be a member of the FLU, or book in advance or anything, or just up and go? I've been wondering about this for a while, as I'm not sure if my car will be ready by then. I know that in terms of accomodation, you have to book very early....

You do have to be a member of FLU. The yearly membership costs $35 and includes access to their events and a quarterly magazine.

Stop by for a chat sometime. I am only an afternoon drive away. And I am going to FFO '06.

Just catch I-69 and drive for exactly 3 hours, get off at exit 10 in Michigan. I throw some cans in the fridge for ya.

No,I won't be able to make it for the cruise.I leave for vacation on that saturday.I'll be in St Marteen for the week.Thanks for the invite.maybe next time..
