Do you grease the boots, and if so,How

If the link is off the car you can remove the boots and grease the joints. I used a chisel and a BFH, hitting opposite ends. Bought new boots to replace torn ones. Was thinking about installing grease fittings on both ends.

Use a grease needle through the rubber boot. Most auto parts stores carry them. More info here:
