So, looking at the way Norma's drivers window rear vertical edge meets the rubber of the convertible top (b pillar if there was one) i see a big gap that gets bigger as you go up the window. I need to take the door card off to lube the winder mechanism and also fix the door lock, but i was wondering if the door window can be adjusted to lean in a bit at the same time. I looked at the manual and nothing seemed evident.
The door panel seems to fit the fenders front and back reasonable well, so i don't want to adjust the door hinges.
Is it possible to adjust the angle of the door window glass?
I thought of trying to bend the bows of the top, but don't think that will really work.

Don't bend the bows of the top. There are adjustments in the window that allow you to control where it "bottoms", maximum height, and (to a lesser extent) the angle at which the window raises and lowers. Basically, you remove the door card, loosen the bolts near the bottom of the door that determine how the two channels (front and rear) orient the window, and adjust to your heart's content.
However, I've never been able to get these exactly perfect. Instead, I just settle for "best of all possible worlds" and leave it at that. Keep in mind that this is 1960s technology, and if you're expecting a fit like today's doors and windows.... ain't gonna happen. Rev that DOHC engine, stretch out your arms to reach the steering wheel, and put a smile on your face to compensate!
