34 ADF on a 1592 engine?

Post by 73CS1592 »

Hi,

I guess my question is stupid but can you bolt a 34 ADF on a 1592 engine w/ or without modification?

Thanks for any help

A perfectly reasonable question, and the answer is: Yes, you can, with some caveats. Various vacuum hoses might have to be dealt with, and for optimal performance, you'd need to play around with the carb jetting. Idle jets and main jets mainly. Air correctors and emulsion tubes are probably OK as a start.

See my response to your other post in this forum on this topic.
