Hey everyone. Just started my first spider. It’s an 80 but has been swapped by the original owner to a 78 1800 about 30 years ago. Pulled it out of a barn. 72000 miles.

Nice! I was about to ask where you are in northern CA, but I think I found the answer: The car was at Columbia Concrete on Parrotts Ferry Road:

Lots of folks around here who can offer advice on your car.

Thanks everyone! Looking forward to getting into this. I finally got it to run. ( first time it’s ran since at least 92) but it won’t stay running. Having some issues with the way the adfa needs to be hooked up. I’ll post some pictures if I can figure out how to do so in the engine thread and see how it goes but someone had their way with this thing many years ago.

Howie, I'm an hour east of San Francisco, so not too close to where you are. I just noticed the phone number in the background of your photo and couldn't resist a little googling until I found the Google Maps image.

Be happy to help with the carb issues, so please do post questions on the other areas of this forum.
