Most automotive museums will start and warm their cars once a month, at least. Seems like a good winter storage tip. Fuel injected cars can likely sit longer with little fuss, at least from my experience with my 83 vs my 77.
Another thought why you should run the car once a month, heater core valve health. This one was completely blocked. When I put the new one in I lubricated it with petroleum jelly in the sliding mechanism on both sides. For those who don't know the workshop manual also says to use petroleum jelly to lubricate the trunk latch mechanism.
What fuel stabilizer brands are you guys using? I was reading on Ferrari forums that their mostly using Sta-bil which is what I use but curious what others are using.

Sta-Bil, and yes, fire it up and let it go through a few fan cycles every month.

Yes, Sta-bil, but more importantly, non-ethanol fuel filled up.
