May be a little late:
My 1981ie ignition switch broke down. It was not quite the same type as described on the mirafiori site. It was an original Sipea but it all fell apart with parts flying all over the floor when dismantling. A few steel balls and plastic bits went missing and I opted for a Lada bottom end that fits within the original Sipea casing.

I cut a bypass slot on the side of the Lada module to let the cables for the chime pass through. I cabled it a bit differently than most of the others that I can find described here. I am using the INT connector for the blue wire. My car does not have electric windows so I removed and stored the blind covers next to the radio slot in the console. I bought a cheap new black switch cover from aliexpress.com, bored a hole in it and mounted a 20-40A rocker swith to the left of the radio. I wired it like this:

A new cable from the INT connector on the ignition switch to the rocker switch, - another new cable from the rockerswitch back to the blue cable from the ignition switch connector block. (The blue cable now goes from the blick connector via the rocker switch to the INT connector on the ignition switch)

The Lada switch now works a little "better": You can remove the key and still have the ignition switch working similar to the original one just by flipping the rocker switch to OFF. In OFF position the car will start with the key as normal. A few electrical components will not work hovewer until you push the rocker switch to ON. When stopping the car and removing the key the red ignition lamp will be active until you switch OFF via the rocker switch. Chime works as before.

On the right side of the radio I installed a USB charger with volt meter. (My choice) This may or may not be connected so that you turn it ON/OFF with the rocker switch or not. If you want a illuminated rocker switch (not needed) you will have to add a ground cable to it as well. The USB charger/Volt LED can be actived by the rocker switch so no light from the switch will be OK.

The "solution" is easy to revert, no drilling and cutting in the car, and it may be used with different relay modifications.

Examples
USB charger: (check size Toyota / Honda versions differs slightly, this one a little loose)

Switch:

Blind plate: (check size, it needs a little trimming to the back to be pushed in)

Sorry for any incorrect / difficult language.
