Points to electronic ignition
What do I do with the two green wires that lead to the points when changing to electronic ignition?

I guess knowing which electronic ignition you installed would help. Also the point side of the ignition coil needs to connect to something on the electronic ignition. What have you done with that?

I took a an engine setup from a different car so I’m not exactly sure what brand and part everything is. The distributor has a wire that leads to a small piece on the heat sink connected to the coil. The car I pulled it from was running but much farther from being done.

Not knowing what you have makes helping you kind of difficult.
I guessing the original ignition was a dual point system and had an ignition control relay that selected which set of points was being used.
I'm not sure what color wire went from the coils point side ( negative side) to terminal 30 of the ignition control relay. Then the green wire and the green wire with the black trace were each a wire to a set of points. I think the green wire was the start set of points and the green black was the run set of points. The electronic ignition replicates a single set of points so the negative side of the coil connects directly to the electronic ignition's output. this eliminates the need to use the green or green/black wire,
Maybe if you could post a photo of what you have some one might recognize it and be able to be more helpful.
