Sounds like Neil's had a bad experience or two.... He's usually one of the better hosts and a pretty level-headed guy. This interview reminded me of CNN or MSNBC. Fox is number 1 for its factual reporting. This one certainly didn't showcase that. I think the point that he was trying to get accross is that contrary to what the media tells you. Most Americans don't want small cars. I think we'll see that when GM heads that direction. They may make them, but people won't buy them unless they're forced.

Pepsi prooved that aiming a campain to the younger generation could start new buying habits. The big 3 have been seriously missing the mark for years. And our leadership has been absent also. Its time for a "new generation" and I may grow old physically,Id just hate to be a closed minded old fart! Besides Im a skinney old fart! You sure are a smooth talker Pope! I think Dave's right and the new Fiats will appeal to the younger generation, especially if there are performance "mods" available to convert the rice burners to pasta burners. I can't go by what I look for in a car since I'm just as happy driving the dually or an old beat up Honda. If it gets me from point A to B in a reliable fashion I don't care what it looks like. I do like the idea of good fuel economy and handling that Fiat offers. My last brand new car was in 1987 so I'm tempted to buy new again.

i've been behind reading some post but only thing i can say the presentator is such a bigg ass he wouldn't fit in a fiat , in fact i really believe he's fred flinstone , so full of crap he sinks trough the bottom of any car

I wonder if he talks the same about ferrari , because there isn't much more room in there anyway , he's probably forgetting fiat is saving Crystler and not the other way around. But hey he probably has to live up to that other Fox icon called Homer ...

I dont see 30 year old crystlers driving arround either , so i think Fiat is doing a lot better then they are ...
