Sorry, i dont know where find the center vents.

Do You mean crome strips on luggage area behind the front seats?
I covered those crome strips with chromed tape. Now they are like new.

The don't sell the replacement dash or vents and it's rare to find a decent part-out one. I know of a few people who have talked about having an upholster patch the dash cracks and repaint it. I don't know if that works or not.

You could send it to a dash restorer, but be ready to hand over a few bills.

Happy New Year folks. Love this site.
I acquired an 84 Azzura recently and have been diligently restoring, cleaning and refurbishing it. Ive replaced the interior and trunk carpeting. Rebuilt the dizzy, cleaned every rust and dirt spot that I can and much much more even replace as many steel fastener with SS. Ive also replaced the center dash with my own veneer panels. Now I have to replace or flush the interior heat radiator, turns out the valve was frozen with grit or epoxy, not sure if it was intentional done to plug the heater core.. Well My question for anybody that has done this is, whats the sequence to remove the center console, lower and upper. I can brute force try and remove as many screws and parts but would rather not remove what I don't have too. Do I have to remove the instrument dash to get to screws etc... I am removing to access the heater core and also finish carpeting under the lower dash with a heat shield.

Any help would be appreciated.

To remove the cover of the upper console, you have to remove 1 screw under the clock. and 2 under the light. For the lower console, you have 1 screw under the compartement behind the handbrake. And yes you have to remove the gauge panel, the glovebox to be able to see the nuts that hold the dash.
