Simple dash upgrade

Post by kuhndg »

I stumbled into some nice chrome pin striping in Auto Zone today....about an hours worth of work and I came up with this.
I thought it was a simple inexpensive upgrade for our cars that I wanted to share.

Yes, more info, please. What's the description of the tape? Is it exactly the correct width, or did you slit it?

I'm trying to find an alternative to rechroming mine or $100 for a new one.

It did work perfectly. Just make sure the surface is cleaned properly. Bought it at Auto zone.

36 feet? Bob, its time to start cutting strips, and sell them as a kit.
