Would it be difficult to put a new overflow outlet pipe on my radiator as it's kind of rusty? It's just soldered on, right?

If you are going to go to a radiator shop let them do it. I would get your radiator boiled out. and have them check it for leaks. I used Fingers here in NJ and they did a great job. George

I paid $95.00 to have it boiled and flushed out, some leaks around the tank fix and solder back on the side to support.
