Just joined the Fiatspider.com

I have a 1981 Fiat Spider - purchased it two years ago. It is an Un restored original - in great shape. It has the original paint job and no rust. It was originally purchased by a Pilot in San Francisco for his wife. They moved to Ladner -B.C. - Canada and sold it to the person I purchased it from about 20 years ago. I purchased it it after it has been stored in a garage for 15 years ( the Bosch Fuel injection computer was not working ) - I had it all repaired- new Bosch Computer - Air Mixing Valve - Breaks - hoses - rad rebuilt etc..
Just had a new top put on in September - The car came with Port Installed A/C - not that I need that in Vancouver

This is the most fun car I have ever driven..truly enjoy taking her out on a drive

I would like get 14" or 15" stock - or stock looking mags and tires for the car and a new - stock looking Radio - and Fiat Floor Mats

Yes this is a great site for everything Fiat.
AC in Van? perhaps one day a year, nice to have here but top down and a bit of speed works well in the summer.
Gio at Clemente's on Kingsway had a set of 14" turbo wheels with decent rubber,can't remember if they had the centers though.
If you are cruising up this way stop in for a unit of installation fluid... Guiness works well here.

Great - another BC Fiat!! Watch the events section - Father G is going to let us know when the Vancouver Fiat bunch schedule get togethers at the Italian Cultural Centre in the Spring/Summer.

Had to say goodbye to my 81 Fiat - wiring shorted out behind the radio .. melted all the wiring under the dash ..
Very sad day ..I was just going to install a new radio .... timing is everything .. Most fun car I ever owned..

ICBC paid me out for it and took it away ... hopefully it will be picked by someone and have the interior re done -
