Okay, I've done my fair share of complaining about parts vendors, it's time to dish out some praise:

"
I dropped the ball and shipped your order to another customer. We just realized this today.

I have re-packed your order and am sending it overnight due to the delay caused by my mistake."

See, that's how this is done. No run-around, no excuses. They're probably paying as much for shipping now as I paid for the parts, but that's how you retain customers.

AR hand delivered my center console same day for me. I’m sure it was cheaper as I live close, but definitely made them my local go to vendor.
