I've got a guy who just opened a case on me with Ebay, for some Datsun Roadster parts he bought from me.
The short version is that through an error on my part (well, my error was asking a 3rd party to ship for me, since I was out of town) we can't track the items. He claims to have never received them. I've offered a full refund, which he won;t accept because he thinks he got such a smokin' deal (on parts I couldn;t give away fro free on the Datsun Forums) that he doesn't want a refund, he wants his parts.
So instead of accepting my offer of a refund; he opened a case on ebay, and then jumped on the Datsun forums and proceeded to call me a liar and a cheat. depsite my 100% feedback rating, and my consistent communication.
This is a different situation, but I would hope this seller ends-up being hinest, and that this is simply a miscommunication, and he'll make right with you.
If he does.... let him?
