There is help -

the bracket is called "Halterung für Nebelscheinwerfer, VX" (their part nr 17-13) and does cost 15€ the piece (you need two) plus p&p.

Actually they still stock the original VX Carello foglamps (17-12, "Nebelscheinwerfer Carello , VX ") for 75€ each.
