Whats your custom license plate say?

lol. BUSTED! yeah I really didn't check the DPS site. lol.

I wonder why they don't offer a 7 digit custom plate? All of the regular TX plates have gone to 7 digits.

I had a feeling you didn't. lol You tell me, you guys live there.

I know this is an old post but had to add mine to it.

I got ARACNID state plates this week (only 7 letters in Idaho) & since I am running bumperless I ordered a custom Italian plate to match to put on the front spoiler.
The front plate is "Italian" style w/ "Torino" county code & I put "78" in the registration spot (year of my car)

Idaho wants a front plate so I hope that will do it (says exactly the same), although I've ran without the front plate for 2 years now & they've never pulled me over.
I still havn't fastened the front one yet, it is just a little taller than my spoiler so may have to figure something more custom out.

Mine is simple, its the original plate when it came off the lot in 1980

When I got my new plates the girl at DMV came out from the stock room and said " I don't know if you are going to want this"




The project will end up with an antique plate on the back but I did get this fit to the front.

You can register 'California' plates in Illionis??? Wow, that's different...

With a valid Illinois antique license plate, you can display a "Year of Manufacture" (YOM) license plate on your car. The Antique plate doesn't have to be displayed, it just has to be in the car. Many Midwestern States have these sorts of rules for antique cars, but most specify that the YOM plate must be from the currently registered State. Illinois does not specify that, so people run YOM plates from a LOT of states, California being very poular. A few brave souls have even put on vintage European plates.

I figured someone would comment on the California plate, but I thought they'd comment on the "WOT 124"
