Identify what make/model the attached backup light lense on the left side of the picture is from. Markings are SAE 70 & ALTISSIMO 205002.
I'm doing an extensive restoration on my '75 Spider. I stripped all of the chrome stuff off and had it painted. Pic attached with the owner of the body shop. It is a Texas & Calif. car, so no rust anywhere.
I'm now putting it back together, and in the process I am replacing many items, one of which is the backup light lenses. The left side was badly cracked and yellowed, while the right side was only yellowed.
Autoricambi was out of replacements, so I went on eBay and purchased a pair of what was advertised as correct L & R replacements. Please refer to the attached picture of the right side lenses. I received the one on the left, while the one on the right is from my car. The one on the left is about 1/4" wider and about 1/8" shorter. Summarizing my communications with the seller, he is stating that if what he sent does not fit, then I must not have the original tail lights.
I need to identify what cars the lenses he sent me fit. The only markings on them is SAE 70 & ALTISSIMO 205002 or 205003 (L or R). While trying to identify for me, if anyone wants to buy these, let me know!
