Well before I make another rash move I thought I'd gauge if anyone is interested in a brand new pair of Procar Rally seats already adapted for the Fiat? I bought a brand new pair in tan and made brackets to use the stock Fiat sliders. I am now thinking about restoring a ratty set of stock seats and I would like to recover a good part of the cost of the Procar seats first.
I have $755 in the seats not counting the brackets and Fiat sliders that I would include. They would also come with the factory Procar slides in case someone wants to purchase and adapt the Procar universal brackets as others on the forum have done. I would be looking at $650 shipped in the US with the brackets and sliders on them. All you need to do is unbolt your seats and bolt these in. Is anyone out there interested? Or make me an offer. Of course if you are close enough we can meet and save shipping. I'm in Aiken, SC.
Here is the drivers seat installed.

So I'm curious, zero interest because of price, because of the seats themselves, or just because no one needs / wants new seats?

Great looking seats. I'm guessing there would be more interest in the $400-$500 range for people. Recovering my seats isn't on radar until next winter.

Clearly they look like well made seats, but the appearance is a little more modern than I want. Others may (and likely will) disagree, but I want to retain the classic and original look of my car. If I were looking to change the dash (e.g. eliminate the wood panels) and make it more modern, then your seats would be perfect.

Okay, thanks for the input. I actually sort of agree with the poster who prefers the classic look. That's why I'm thinking of going to the expense and trouble of rebuilding a stock set. These are more comfortable and supportive than stock but maybe just a tad to new looking? Perhaps I'll just try them on eBay since they are used in lots of cars.
As far as the comment on price, these aren't cheaply made or thin plastic buckets with padding. I'd say in many ways they are superior to stock. But I understand that's all they would be worth to you.
BTW, you are looking at a minimum of $300 to $400 just to buy good seat cover replacements for a stock set of seats and that assumes you can cover them your self. Add $100 per seat if your padding is shot so I guesstimate these are basically cost neutral to restoring a stock set. Of course these frames are also not rusty / crusty and need no cleaning and painting!
Probably just list them here in for sale in case someone comes along that wants needs a set and try them to the wider audience on eBay in the interim.

These seats new are $377 EACH so I am sure you are correct that at near half price people might be interested!

Yes, vinyl. As good or better quality than most replacement stock seat covers I've seen from World Upholstery, etc. Although I've never seen the sets Mr. Fiat or AR sells.

The head rests slide in and out just like stock but I haven't checked the width of the holes. When I get home tonight I'll see if a stock unit fits?
