New Guy from Virginia

Hello Fiat Lovers... I am a 74 year old retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and Civil Servant. I bought my first Fiat (1970 850 Spyder) when I was stationed in Rota, Spain from 1969 to 1974. My current Fiat is a 1981 2000, street ready but needs some minor tweaking. I live in Southeastern Virginia, if you're in the neighborhood give me a growl.

The Maryland/DC group is real active. You anywhere near them? Great group of guys.

There are some Virginia guys around too. Try posting some questions and see who responds. Not everyone looks here in the new member section.

Welcome aboard! You will find plenty of knowledgeable and friendly people here.

Post some pictures! They help a great deal when trying to help diagnose problems, inquiries, etc that you may have.

I'm up in Winchester. My first car was also an 850 (1972) now in a 1981 2000 Welcome to the forum. You will find a lot of good info here, and a lot of help if you need it. My son and I are doing a rolling restore on ours. Front end and paint are the last two things to do.
