Not only did I finally get the right regulator, but they supplied the nuts and locking washers; THAT FIT.
previous one from another vendor: the original nuts have a different pitch and spun the studs. Whatever pitch is on that regulator, No one had nuts to fit.
Finally can roll my window up.
