I have replaced my oxygen sensor and need to reset the warning light to get it to turn off. I can't find in any of my books how to do the reset. I read somewhere that you need to push in a button on a little black box under the dash. I've located the box but I don't see a button that can be pushed. Anyone got the answer for me?
Thanks,
Ron

Re: Oxygen sensor reset
I dont know if your screw nut has a wire that is passed through it and sealed in lead, but remove that.
On that box there is a small screw nut that comes off my unscrewing it with a screw driver. Once off, take a red straw from a brake cleaner can and insert it. Push till you hear the click. Presto.
Or maybe thats for the ejector seat...I cant remember.
