True Color butterscotch (#200)?

Hi at all,
i found a 71 Spider 1600 with named Color butterscotch! is this an official Color for the model year 1971?
I personally know of model year 1975 where Color no. 200 is named butterscotch!

b.t.w.: What's this license plate? Is this "Midwestern Native American tribe of the Great Plains" (source Wikipedia.org)? If yes with own license plate?

Can't help you on the color question but that condition car looks way over priced IMO.
