Hello from Canada

Post by Bert »

40 years after puchasing my 78 Spider I just purchased a well loved, very original 72. All I can say is thank you for the internet including this form and it’s community. Without it I would be lost. My 78 melted away after not too many years and too many Canadian winters and fortunately the previous owners on the 72 treated it well. Someone put what appears to be Lancia seats in it so I will be replacing those when I find someone parting out a car. Other than that it is perfect for a bit of TLC. Thanks fiatspider.com!

I'm in Oakville. Hoping the snow will stop as I am about to tackle the carpets and top. (not sure which supplier to go to). I found very original seats and in great shape from Andy's in Woodbridge! Anyway, hope to get it al done for the MTO safety. I spent last weekend rebuilding the compressor horn, sounds fantastic! Brought me back 40 yrs.
