some TLC

My uncle is giving me his spider pininfarina (not sure about the year, roughly 1980) and it needs some TLC. He said it needs:

A new soft top
a new brake system
a new drivers seat

Do you guys know what this stuff goes for? It doesnt need to be new. It just needs to work. I'm new to these cars, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

u can get a cheap top 4 about a hundred bucks. finding a used seat should be cheaper, and parts 4 the baker system arent that expensive, pads and rotors r relitivly cheap.

a new brake system can entail lots of parts-master cyl, calipers, hoses, compensator, rotors, pads, even hard lines. It's best to assess what's needed, then an accurate estimate can be figured out. Late and early seats are different, what year is your car?
