Craig... thanks, my wife and kids took me out to Fuddrucker's for lunch... they're now serving Buffalo burgers... yum.
I also got a cover for the car as well... have you been drenched with all this rain... Lake Lanier should be overflowing it's banks by now... It's raining again in Savannah... hahahaha!
My wife and I went on a drive and picnic in the redwoods with my Parents in our Fiat and their MGB. We saw a group of MGB's and a TR6, but no other FIATs. After driving for several hours, my Dad called shortly after leaving my house, BROKE DOWN. The throttle cable had broken, (I'm glad it didn't happen when I was driving it earlier). We rigged the throttle to an (unmounted) universal choke cable, my mom would work the stiff throttle while my dad drove (she said they hit every red light). She called from the freeway, it seems they only had enough throttle to go 45, (speed limit 65). Just called again, they MADE IT! I guess they'll remember this Father's Day for a long time!
Glad they made it ok! When I owned MG's I carried every spare I could pack for every trip. Both mine were notoriously un- dependable. The throttle cable is a common malady.I had to do a similar 'jury rig' to get home once. Great pix..you appreciate how sweet a body the Fiat has when it is next to the MG.
Nick,I have had the bison burgers...and I liked them!We have had plenty of rain here, and the local TVA lake(Nottely) is as full as I have ever seen it!

Trey... two things. thanks for the cam tower part, picked it up this past week.
Second.. the Fiat,I think, has way more appeal over the MG. I'm sure people love their MGB's, but next to a Fiat spider... Nope, my choice has been confirmed again, Love my Fiat.
Three things I guess..
Happy fathers day, looked like a good one that will be talked about for some time.
