turn signals inside grill

Hey Fiat Braintrust,

I've seen some picture of moving the turn signals from the bumper to just inside the front cowl in front of the grill. Can anyone walk me through how you accomplish this? I really like the look of the VW T Bar bumper so i cant go with the old mustang turn signals in the same spot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
