what gauge wire should i run between the amp (in the trunk) and the speakers, two in the front kick panels, and two on the rear seat?

For that stereo, 20 AWG is more than fine but you could go 18 AWG (thicker) and wont hurt anything. Just make sure its copper. I think I can hear the stereo from here!
