Here's a couple of pics of our new 2L aluminum crank pulley. The pulley fits 2L engines and features the rear groove so that you can retain the air pump if needed. The pulley weighs 1.2 lbs and is hard anodized and features a timing scale from TDC to 40 btdc.
The pulley can also be used on 1800 engines with the alternator fitted to the left side of the engine.
These will be available in about 2 weeks but we're taking pre-orders for them now. The pulley is $114 plus shipping

Re: Sneak Preview! billet aluminum crank pulley
Mark,
I know this is an older thread, but thought about it when reading your description of the FI motor in the older Spider. Have you considered the idea of putting two spanner holes or some flats or something on the pulley to be able to hold it when removing or torquing the crank pulley nut? That would make changing timing belts so much easier.
