Fuel Filter Location

I have a replacement filter for my 81 Spider 2000. Where is filter located? Any tips for the process?

underneath the car, next to the fuel pump. Relieve the pressure in the system first, have a drain pan ready and clamp off the hose from the tank to the pump

How do you relieve the pressure in the system?

There are probably different ways to do it, but I just disconnect the hose to the cold start injector. Be ready for a pretty good spray when it comes off. Put a rag over it when you're ready to pull it off so you don't get gas in your face.
