I do have some interest in his dash for my spider, but my question is there a matching upper and center console? I have not seen many pictures of it installed. If it is just a dash, what have people done with the consoles?
Thanks Tom

Re: Mark's Fiberglass Dash
I don't beleive a matching center console has been perfected for Mark's fiberglass dash as of yet. RacyDave installed one on his beautiful orange Fiat. Maybe he'll chime in on what he did or plans to do.

Re: Mark's Fiberglass Dash
correct, we haven't done an upper console yet. Partly because the 250gt didn't have an upper dash and partly because no one has asked for one. We've played around with some different styles but haven't settled on one yet
Re: Mark's Fiberglass Dash
Mark,
Do you know how any of your customer's finished the console?
Thanks

RacyDave has one in his car and Eladio has one in his car also. Both of them are painted. I've got pix of Eladios' on my computer at work

Re: Mark's Fiberglass Dash
Eladio modified a radio console. One of the units we played with was flipping an upper console upside down. This slanted the console the opposite way, similar to an Alfa Spider. It allowed extra space for gauges since it was tilted towards the driver. The radio was at the bottom similar to the 84-85 Fiat Spider. It has potential but needs some mods at the top to blend the dash and console together
