Inbound from Italy

I finally found a 124 wagon in good condition! It will be leaving Italy soon on its long Journey to Tacoma, WA where I will get to meet it for the first time.

The car has a NEW 1.2 pushrod in it, the seller found a NOS motor three years ago and decided to drop it in his red wagon, he also had the car resprayed at that time. According to him, photos and videos the car is 100 percent rust free, he has owned it for decades and kept it in good shape.

The short term plan is to convert it to automatic as it will become my wife's first Fiat! An elbow injury prevents her from driving stick for long periods.

Longer term goal is to upgrade to a 2 liter so it will be safer and easier on freeways but that project will have to wait until I can save some cash.

I can't recall how to post pics at the moment I will try to revisit that and get one up.
